A. We can convert your Adobe Illustrator, Fireworks, or Photoshop artwork into CSS/(X)HTHML code as well as optionally installations too! We are able to handle it all: AJAX/JavaScript, CSS, (X)HTML, CSS Dropdowns/flyouts, mouseovers, file optimisation saving time and headaches at reasonable prices.
A. In order to keep things simple we charge by page. A new page is any page that uses a different layout or provides different content. Multiple page orders are automatically discounted. Software implementations costs are calculated relative to turnaround time. If you provide an unsually complex layout or implementation/ custom scripting requirements. We will contact you immediately if additional work will be required at our end to deliver the result your want.
A. There is currently a pricing scheme in place where each additional page is charged at 50%. This is reflected in the pricing on the project layout.
A. We focus on one service, code production, and the delivery of that service to the highest standards. We can aid your designer with any needs they may have, and a consultation fee can be agreed.
A. We mainly focus on markup and implementation. However with some consulation we can look at your requirements and work out the workload required to meet the requirement, time for project will of course be extended and it will be a fixed fee for the requirements.
A. Yes, All the markup is optimised for search engine spiders, and semantics. So no additional effort on your part, however if you require help driving traffic to your site, contact us, and we can advise on additional measures to take, and these can be undertaken at some cost.
A. Flash development isn't our primary field as the time for these tends to be more, and sites generally become less SEO friendly. However elements of flash, can be implemented if you have these include placeholders in your design, or submit the .swf files.
A. The number of pages changes if there is a content design change, if you have news items that are displayed the same, this is only 1 page, but if you have one layout for news items, and one for products for example, these are 2 pages.
A. Most communication will be done via e-mail, however once a project has been submitted details for phone, skype, msn, aim, iChat will be given, so if you use any of these we can message easier with problems/queries that arise.
A. Once completed it will be zipped up and sent to you for deployment on your web server. Should you require help setting this up we will aim to provide you with any setup but this should all be upload and go.
A. When submitting your project it is best to provide us with an guide as to what you want from menu's, display elements, this way we can get producing without having to keep communicating between one another before it starts.
Submissions

- We need the "unflattened" source file(Photoshop or Fireworks file) of the page or element you want produced. Contact us with any queries regarding formats.
- Flattened images so we know what the finished page is supposed to look like.
- Project specific notes in the space provided, however for more direction inside the photoshop file, or an individual text file with instructions, please mention if included within the message box.
- Font files if your using something specific, this is so if you require a font change for web safe fonts, we can create a close matching font.
A. Photoshop PSD is preferred, please for Un-flattened pages. As for flattened, don't worry, we handle everything.
A. Zip up the files and send them with your order.
